Why the Open-Top Design Works

Unlike narrow-opening treat dispensers that only work with dry kibble, the Honey Pot's wide open top accepts wet food, raw food, peanut butter, yogurt, cottage cheese, and pureed treats — anything you can spoon or spread in. Fill it, freeze it for 2–4 hours, and your dog gets a 20–40 minute enrichment session instead of a 2-minute one. The open top also makes it significantly easier to clean than narrow-neck dispensers.

Why Choose SodaPup Honey Pot Over Other Treat Dispensers

PUP-X rubber is SodaPup's proprietary FDA-compliant synthetic rubber formulated specifically for average chewers — similar to other synthetic rubbers while remaining non-toxic and food-safe. The Honey Pot is manufactured in the USA with consistent quality control, backed by a 30-day replacement guarantee, and designed to double as a slow feeder when filled with wet food or kibble mixed with broth.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I put inside the Honey Pot?
Peanut butter, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, wet dog food, raw food, pureed fruits and vegetables, broth, freeze-dried treats rehydrated with water — anything spreadable or pourable works well. Freeze after filling for a longer-lasting session.

How long does a frozen Honey Pot last?
Depending on your dog's size and the filling, a frozen Honey Pot typically keeps a dog engaged for 20–40 minutes — significantly longer than an unfrozen dispenser.

Is the Honey Pot safe for average chewers?
Yes — PUP-X rubber is engineered for average chewers and is comparable to other synthetic rubbers. It's backed by a 30-day replacement guarantee if your dog destroys it beyond normal wear.

Which size should I choose?
Large is for dogs 30–50 lbs (holds 7 oz); XL is for dogs 50–90 lbs (holds 12 oz). If your dog is between sizes or an average chewer, size up.
